CS Group responsabilities for Validation of level 2 Theia products are as follows:

- Validation of AOT :
- Data processing Spot 5 / Take 5 / Comparison with Spot4 Take 5
- Analysis of results by Aeronet site: identification of the most reliable sites
Detection of anomalies on time series :
- Treatment of 4 temporal series: Toulouse, Beijing, Moroccan desert, Australia
- Sensitivity study: Analysis of anomalies detections as a function of configuration and type of anomaly
- Development of graphic analysis tools
- Proposal for algorithmic improvements
