CS Group responsabilities for SCOOP Maintenance & Operational Operation for COO are as follows:

- Operational penalty: Monitoring risks collisions; Operational emergency response
- Critical Exceptional Operations Participation: MIP; Launch, post-injection; Demonbitation, returned
- COO SCOOP and Intranet software maintenance, COO site development
Project implementation
The project objectives are as follows:
- Support to the COO team for the evolution and exploitation of the SCOOP Orbitography Treatment Channel (Operational Orbit Calculation System) operating the 2 GHz Stations of the CNES.
